World health organisation urges ban on high levels sugar in fruit puree for babies. This is based on studies on products from countries around the worldwide.
It is advisable not to offer ready made packaged fruit purees. Instead, offer fresh fruits without any additives or sugar. Say “no” to “sugar” to your babies and bring them up healthy.
