Dr Aravind, Paediatric Dermatologist joins Rio Hospital.
He did his postgraduation MD Dermatology in Prestigious Jipmer Medical college, Pondicherry (including specialized fellowship training in Paediatric Dermatology)
During postgraduation have received the award of the best postgraduate gold medal during Cuticon Pondicherry 2020, the torrent young scholar award (TYSA) for dermatology in the year 2020 out of all dermatology postgraduates across the country.
He has publications in national and international journals with special emphasis on foot eczema and contact dermatitis, which was awarded as the best award paper during CODFICON 2019.
He is a member of many national and international associations such as the European Society of pediatric dermatology (ESPD), the International Society of pediatric dermatology (ISPD), the Indian association of dermatologists, venereologists, leprologists (IADVL), etc.
He has undertaken special training under the ESPD training program after being selected to be mentored by the president of the ESPD herself.
He runs the Skin clinic at Rio Hospital between 3 pm till 6 pm. ( Monday to Friday )
